Well, NetMultiverse.net is dead... but at least Blogger lives on. All the posts I did for it are now located here on Blogger. Feel free to peruse... just don't expect anything new to come from it. If you're interested in what I'm doing now... check out

Check out
Open Source Gaming to see what I've been working on. Eventually I may integrate NetMultiverse.net into Open Source Gaming somehow. It would be nice to have all of my sites under one roof... or at least integrated together similar to how my homepage reflects that of this page.
I will probably do some reworking ot this site tomorrow night if I have the chance. I have an excellent text editor to use, so I can finally put up some new links... change around old ones and work on some site integration.
One last bit of news... I may try again to have my site hosted at
SunSite.dk if the guys at Binary-Pulse decide I'll be using too many system resources. Right now I'm working on setting up the best presentable face so that way OSG will have a nice cozy home. I'm not sure if SunSite.dk allows access to a shell... probably not. :-( I'll have to look into it... That's the only way I can be sure the entire site works properly after a supposed move as I use a decent amount of symlinks in order to fix bad code in phpNuke.

Rebuilding the site is coming along quite well, and I expect it to be better than the previous design. Hopefully the new Open Source Gaming section will have some stuff in time for the New Year.
I've been focusing most of my attention on the open source section of the site.
dynamic.netmultiverse.net has most of what I've been working on the past couple weeks.
In other site news, I have once again extended my list of hosts to now include
Ticky21.de. I plan on working more on that particular host, but for now I have
PHP-Nuke all set up if anyone wants to sign up there.
I'm looking for people who have an interest in open source events and are willing to write reasonably good news articles.

There hasn't been much in the way of updates lately. I highly recommend checking out the PHP-Nuke section of this site for a lot more content that's new. (It's easier to do stuff with that then creating a whole bunch of my own pages!) There should be some new downloads available soon. Expect some open source stuff that I've been using and have found useful.
I fixed two of the themes for the site, I'll probably do another two tomorrow. I'm retiring for the night. Good night all!
The new phpNuke is having several problems, so I've been working off and on with that. Lots of things are still messed up, but I hope to have a solution by the end of the day today.
I have set PHPNuke to use phpBB2 now. This means the old posts from the original forum were lost. I think the upgrade will be well worth it however. Check out the new forum and be sure to post like mad! This community needs more people! As always, comments and suggestions are very welcome, however I suggest you sign-up first so that way I know you'll be back to see the changes.

finally managed to get the CSS right, and now it looks good for every stinking browser I've tried this site with. I also set most of the pages to have the same look as well. Hopefully that is a good thing!! I'll be writing up my story tomorrow during the day, look forward to that series under a new "
Stories" option in the sidebar.
I've got some e-mail archiving software so I can keep an archive of mailing lists. Right now I am uploading most of the SuSE Linux English Archive that I have, and later I'll be setting up my own mailing list. I'll have more info on that when I get it going.
The site was down for a couple hours this morning. Everything seems to be operational again, and nothing seems to be lost. Look for more news soon...
